On the 4th December it will be 10 years since you gained your angel wings. Jen worked at the Children's hospital as a nursery nurse on the renal ward, a career that she loved. But Jen had also spent much of her childhood in and out of BCH as she was born with a congenital heart defect. Jen you are missed so much by all your family and friends. You were an amazing mommy to your beautiful little boy. There is not a day that goes by when we don't think about you, forever in our hearts xxx
